Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ryabi Links. Please read them — by creating an account you agree to them.

Last updated: 9 August 2026

This document is not final — 2 details still needed

  • Registered legal entity: This is the product name, not a registered company. The Terms need the entity that actually contracts with the customer — the one on the Paddle merchant account.
  • Registered business address: Consumer law in the UK/EU requires a real trading address on the terms, and Paddle checks it during verification. “Available on request” does not satisfy either.

1. Who you are contracting with

Ryabi Links is operated by Ryabi Links, registered at Registered address available on request (“we”, “us”). These Terms form a binding agreement between us and you, or the organisation you represent (“you”). If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Our order process and payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd(“Paddle”). Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, and Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the transaction itself in addition to these Terms. We remain responsible for providing the service.

2. The service

Ryabi Links is a hosted link-management platform. It lets you create short links and QR codes, route them by device or geography, connect your own custom domains, publish bio and bridge pages, and view analytics about the resulting traffic. The service is provided over the web at https://www.ryabils.com and through our API.

We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces the functionality of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance by email and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your term.

3. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secret. Two-factor authentication is available on every account and we recommend enabling it.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher.
  • Tell us at security@ryabils.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

  • We offer a Free plan and paid Pro and Business plans. Current prices, limits and inclusions are shown on our pricing page and form part of these Terms.
  • Paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and Paddle charges your payment method at the start of each term.
  • Prices are exclusive of sales tax, VAT and GST unless stated otherwise. Paddle calculates, collects and remits applicable taxes.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid term, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A price change takes effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day window on a first payment.

5. Plan limits and fair use

Each plan carries limits on links, monthly clicks, custom domains, team members and analytics retention. These limits are enforced by the product. If you exceed a limit we may ask you to upgrade; we may decline to create new links or to serve additional redirects until you do.

Our API and redirect endpoints are rate-limited to keep the service available for everyone. Do not attempt to circumvent those limits, and do not create multiple accounts to obtain Free plan allowances you would otherwise pay for.

6. Acceptable use

Short links hide their destination, which makes them attractive to abusers. We enforce this section actively. You must not use Ryabi Links to create, shorten, host or distribute links to:

  • Phishing, credential harvesting, or any attempt to impersonate another person or brand;
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, or drive-by downloads;
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) over any channel, including SMS and email;
  • Child sexual abuse material, or content that sexualises minors, under any circumstances;
  • Content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where it is served, incites violence, or harasses, threatens or defames a person;
  • Infringement of another party’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property;
  • Fraud, deceptive commercial practices, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or fake stores;
  • Cloaking a destination in order to evade a platform’s review, an ad network’s policy, or a security scanner;
  • Any use that breaches Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy, which applies to you as our customer.

You must also not probe, scan or stress-test the service without our written permission, resell the service as your own without an agreement with us, or use it to build a competing product.

Report abuse to security@ryabils.com with the link. We remove malicious links and disable the accounts behind them.

7. Suspension and termination

We may disable a link, suspend an account, or terminate this agreement if you breach these Terms. For clear abuse — phishing, malware, or illegal content — we act immediately and without notice, because the harm accrues while the link is live. For anything else, we will contact you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix it where circumstances allow.

You may terminate at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (fees owed, disclaimers, liability, governing law) do.

8. Your content and your data

You keep ownership of everything you put into Ryabi Links — your links, destinations, uploaded files, page content and the analytics generated by your traffic. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process and display that content in order to run the service for you.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for the lawfulness of the destinations you point links at. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our intellectual property

We keep ownership of Ryabi Links: the software, the interface, our documentation and our brand. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription, and nothing more. You may not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the service except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable by law.

10. Custom domains

If you connect a domain you own, you are responsible for the registration, its DNS, and for keeping it renewed. We issue and renew TLS certificates for connected domains on your behalf. If a domain lapses or its DNS stops pointing at us, links on it will stop resolving — that is outside our control and is not a service failure.

11. Availability

We work hard to keep redirects fast and available, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on self-serve plans. We may perform maintenance, and we may depend on third-party infrastructure listed in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that analytics will be complete or perfectly accurate (bot filtering, ad blockers and privacy tooling all affect what can be measured), or that a destination you link to is safe.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, the destinations you link to, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law — except to the extent the claim results from our own breach or negligence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-product before it takes effect, and the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, cancel before then.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of Ryabi Links, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and you keep the protection of that country’s mandatory consumer law.

Before filing anything, please email support@ryabils.com. Nearly everything is faster to fix that way.

17. General

  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us on their subject matter.
  • If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary.
  • Not enforcing a provision once is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Neither party is liable for failure caused by events genuinely outside its control.
