Make it look like you

A QR code is a piece of your branding. Style every part of it — and we check it still scans before you export.

Logo in the middle

Drop your logo in the center with an optional backing plate. Error correction bumps to H automatically so it still scans.

Gradients & colors

Solid or linear-gradient fills at any rotation, with a live contrast check so you never ship an unscannable code.

Pattern styling

Style the dots, the eye frames, and the eye centers separately — square, round, drop, or leaf.

Frames & captions

Banner, badge, and speech-bubble frames with a self-hosted font picker and your own call-to-action text.

Templates

Start from a preset, save your own, and reuse it across the team so every code looks like you.

Every export format

PNG, SVG, and print-ready PDF at any size — vector output stays sharp at billboard scale.

Static vs dynamic QR codes

A static code encodes the destination in the pattern itself: it works forever and needs nobody, but it can never change or be measured. A dynamic code encodes a short link we host — so it can do both.

CapabilityStaticDynamic
Works offline, forever, with no account
Custom design, logo, and frames
Change the destination after printing
Scan analytics (time, place, device)
Route by country, language, or device
A/B test two destinations
Expire, schedule, or password-protect
Generate in bulk from a CSV
Create and manage over an API

Not sure? Start static — every static QR in the studio has a one-click make it trackable upgrade.

Questions people actually ask

Is the QR code generator free?
Yes. You can generate and download static QR codes in PNG, SVG, and PDF for free, with no watermark and no account. A free account adds dynamic QR codes you can edit after printing, plus scan analytics.
Do the QR codes expire?
Static QR codes never expire — the destination is encoded in the image itself, so it works with or without us. Dynamic QR codes point at a short link we host, and stay live as long as your account does. You can also set a deliberate expiry date if you want one.
Can I change where a QR code points after I print it?
Only with a dynamic QR code. A static code physically encodes the destination in its pattern, so changing it means reprinting. A dynamic code encodes a short link, so you can repoint it any time and every printed code follows.
Will a QR code with my logo still scan?
Yes. When you add a logo we automatically raise the error-correction level to H, which lets roughly 30% of the code be obscured and still decode. We also check foreground/background contrast and warn you before you export.
Can I track how many people scan my QR code?
With a dynamic QR code, yes — you get scans over time, country and city, device and OS, and referrer, in real time. Static QR codes cannot be tracked by anyone, because nothing about the scan reaches a server.
Can I generate a lot of QR codes at once?
Yes. Import a CSV to generate codes in bulk, or use the REST API to create them programmatically and pull scan data back into your own tools.
