What we're set up for

Prototype and one-off

Single parts from a drawing or a STEP file, usually inside two weeks.

Repeat batches

Scheduled call-off with stock held, so your line isn't waiting on ours.

Fabrication

Sheet, folded and welded assemblies up to 3 m, coded welders.

Inspection

CMM, first-article reports, full dimensional on request.

Kitting and delivery

Marked, kitted and delivered to your line, not to a goods-in queue.

Development

Design-for-manufacture review before you commit the drawing.

Approvals and paperwork
Quality system — [Your certification and number] — verify it on the certifying body's register
Sector approvals — [List yours, or delete this row — an empty claim is worse than none]
Material certs — 3.1 certificates supplied as standard, at no charge
Inspection reports — First article on every new part number, held for seven years
Insurance — Employers', public and product liability — certificates on request
What we don't hold — Say it plainly. A buyer will find out at audit and it will cost you the account
These are placeholders on purpose. Put your real numbers in, and point people at the register rather than asking them to take your word.
Send an RFQ
Answer these and we'll reply with a secure upload link for your drawings, usually the same day. We don't take file attachments through this form.
