Independent servicing & repair · all makes

Nothing gets fixed until you say yes.

We look, we photograph what we found, and we ring you with a price per item. You approve the ones you want. That is the whole difference between a garage you go back to and a bill you argue about.

How a job actually runs here
You book a slot, not a day — Drop-off from 7.30am. Tell us if you need it back by a time and we will say honestly whether we can
We look first — Every job starts with a check and photographs. You get them by message, not a description over the phone
One call, itemised — Each thing we found, priced on its own — parts and labour separately, so you can see which is which
You choose line by line — Say yes to two of the four. Nobody at this garage is paid to talk you into the other two
The price we agreed is the price — If something else appears once the wheel is off, work stops and we ring again. It never appears on the invoice first
Your old parts, in a box — Every time, without being asked. If a part was worth replacing, it should look like it was

Red, amber, green — and what each one means for you

Red · unsafe now

We will not hand the car back pretending otherwise. Brakes, tyres below the limit, a suspension component about to let go. Fix it or leave it with us.

Amber · soon, not today

Worn but legal, with a rough idea of how long: “next service” or “about six months”. Budget for it instead of being surprised by it.

Green · leave it alone

Checked and fine. It goes on the sheet so you can see we looked, not so we can quote for it.

Every item is photographed and the photos are yours. Take them to another garage for a second price if you want to — a shop that is confident about its diagnosis has no reason to mind.

Diagnostics

Prices are for a typical family car. A big diesel, a van or anything needing the front end off is quoted before you commit — never afterwards.
Servicing here does not void your warranty
The rule almost nowhere is what people think — In most places a manufacturer cannot require main-dealer servicing to keep a warranty alive. Check your handbook — it will say this too
What actually matters — The maker's schedule followed, the correct specification of oil and parts, and the work recorded
So that is what we do — Manufacturer schedule, OE or OE-equivalent parts, stamped book and the digital record where the maker supports it
Where the dealer really is the answer — A recall, a goodwill claim, or warranty work itself. We will tell you to go there rather than charge you for it
Keep every invoice — Your paperwork is the proof. We email a copy the same day and keep our own for seven years

What we do, and what we send elsewhere

Servicing

All makes, manufacturer schedules, from a three-year-old hatch to a fifteen-year-old estate.

Brakes and suspension

Discs, pads, shocks, bushes, arms. The jobs that decide whether the car stops and steers.

Clutches and timing

The big-ticket days. Quoted as a fixed price with the parts listed before you commit.

Diagnostics

Live data and testing, not just a code reader. Electrical faults are found, not guessed at.

Not bodywork

Panels, paint and structural repair go to a body shop we trust. We will make the call for you.

Not high-voltage EV

We service EVs, but traction-battery work needs a qualified specialist. We say so rather than have a go.

Book it in

If a warning light is red, or the brakes feel different today, ring rather than fill this in. Some things should not wait for an email to be read.
