A single wash is $14 and the membership is $29, so it pays for itself on the third visit and not before. If you wash your car once a month you are better off paying as you go, and we will tell you that at the barrier rather than after twelve months of direct debits.

Unlimited Deluxe — $45 a month. Break-even at two and a bit washes if you were buying Deluxe anyway
A second car — $18 a month on top. Cheaper than two plans and the commonest thing we get asked
One car per plan — Read by plate at the barrier. Tell us if you change the car and we move it the same day
Cancelling — Online, any time, no notice and no fee. It stops at the end of the month you have paid for
Don't join if — You wash once a month or less. Singles are cheaper for you, and we would rather have you back than have you resent us
What is in that runoff — Brake dust, oil, road salt and detergent — heading for a storm drain and then a river
Where ours goes — Into an interceptor and then the foul sewer, which is what our discharge permit requires
What we reuse — [Put your own measured figure here] of the water is filtered and used again on the pre-soak
Why the filtering matters to your paint — Reused water is filtered for grit first. Grit in the water is what puts marks in a finish, not the cloth itself
What the tunnel does, and what it can't
Soft cloth, washed daily
The cloth is rinsed continuously and replaced on a schedule. Dirty cloth is what damages paint, so ours doesn't get to be.
Touch-free option
Chemical and high pressure only, no contact at all. Slower to book, gentler on a soft or freshly painted finish.
Underbody flush
In the Deluxe and the Works. The single most useful thing you can do for a car that lives through salted winters.
Not a scratch remover
A wash cleans; it cannot polish out swirls or a keyed panel. That is a detailer's day, and we'll name one.
Not for everything
Roof boxes, bike racks, loose trims, aftermarket aerials and open pickup beds have to come off or stay out.
Bird lime and tar
Come off in the wash if they're fresh. Baked on for a fortnight they need chemical work by hand — ask at the kiosk.
The best times — Weekday mornings before ten, and any evening after seven
Rain the next day — Come anyway on a sealant wash — beading works hardest when the weather is worst
Freezing weather — We stay open, but we will not wash below about -4°C. Doors freeze shut and that helps nobody
