One link, and it goes to everybody — including if you hated it.
Most review requests ask how it went before they show you where to write it, and only the happy answers get sent to the public listing. That has a name and it is not allowed. There is no screener here, nothing is offered in exchange, and nobody is going to draft it for you.
Point that button at your own listing — Google, Trustpilot, the app store, wherever people actually look. Add your Place ID to the review wall below and it grows its own button too.
The same link goes to everyone
We do not ask how it went first — The two-step version — a satisfaction question, then the public link for the happy ones and a private form for the rest — is called review gating. Most platforms forbid it in their own terms, and in several places it is a consumer-protection matter rather than a policy one. Neither of those is our rule to bend Nothing is offered in exchange — No discount, no entry, no free anything. An incentivised review breaches most platforms' terms, and it is worth less to the next reader precisely because it was bought We do not write it for you — No suggested wording, no tick-box phrases. A page that hands you the sentences is collecting its own marketing copy in your name A bad review stays up — We will reply to it, once, in public and without arguing. We will not chase you to take it down, and we will not report it unless it is genuinely fake We do not ask twice — One request. If you would rather not, that is an answer and it does not need a reminder a week later If something went wrong, tell us too — Separately, and not instead. The review is for the next person and the message is for us — asking you to choose between them is how the gate gets rebuilt by accident
What makes one actually useful
Say what you bought and what for — "Great service" helps nobody. The next person is trying to work out whether their situation is like yours, and that is the only thing they can use Say what you wanted to know beforehand — Whatever you were unsure about before ordering is exactly what the next reader is unsure about now Say the annoying thing — Every genuine experience has one. A review with no friction in it reads as either paid or unfinished, which is unfair to you as much as to us A rating on its own does not help much — One sentence with a specific in it is worth more than five stars with nothing attached

Bought it for a small flat with no storage, which is the thing I could not tell from the photos. It fits, just. Delivery slot was a four-hour window and they turned up at the end of it, which cost me an afternoon — everything else was straightforward.

I asked three questions before ordering and got a real answer to all three, including one where the answer was no. That is why I bought it. Still working six months later and I would order again.

Replace both with real ones, and keep a four-star among them. A wall of nothing but fives reads as filtered even when it is not, which is the exact impression this page is trying to avoid.
