The January price, the February price, and how to leave — all before you join.
Reset offers are cheap in month one and quiet about month two. Every number you will actually be charged is on this page, there is no minimum term, and if you stop turning up we will email and ask whether you want to pause rather than quietly keep taking the money.
January offer ends in
It becomes $39 a month, and that is the real price — Printed here, in figures, before you join. If you have to open a terms page to find the standard rate, the offer is designed around you not finding it
You are told two weeks before it changes — By email, with the new amount and the date. Nobody should discover a price change from a bank statement
It never upgrades itself to a longer plan — Some offers roll a monthly member onto an annual contract at the end of the promotion. We do not, and you should check that wherever else you are looking this month
Price rises come with a season's notice, never in your first year — And they apply from a stated date rather than from your next payment. A rise you find out about after it was taken is a refund conversation nobody enjoys
There is no third price — Intro, then standard. No "loyalty rate" that is higher, no separate price for people who forgot to look. One number after the first three months

Two you will do beats five you won't
Pick the two slots that survive a bad week. We will not try to sell you the five, because the five are how this ends in February.
Nobody comments on how often you come
Not the staff, not an app notification, not a monthly summary of what you did not do. Being absent is not a thing we will make you feel.
Pausing is normal and it is free
Up to three months a year, from your account, no reason required. It is a better outcome for both of us than a cancellation nobody talked about.
We do not give nutrition or medical advice — There are licensed people for both and we will name them. Anyone selling you a January plan that includes all three should be treated with suspicion
No retention offer and no "are you sure" — You will not be routed through three screens or offered a cheaper plan you were never told about. If a discount exists, it was on this page before you joined
You keep access to the end of what you paid for — Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not switch you off that afternoon. Nobody should lose days they have already bought
No cancellation fee, ever — There is nothing to buy your way out of, because there was no term to be in
Pause instead, if that is the real answer — Three months a year, free, and it keeps your rate. Plenty of people who cancel in March would rather have paused, and were never offered it
What happens to your data — State it plainly — what is deleted, what is kept for accounting, and for how long. A leaving member should not have to ask
January — first three months at $24
Applies at checkout on any plan. The three-month and annual plans already include it, so the code makes no difference there and the page says so rather than letting you hunt.
Ends 9/3/2026
Read the February price first
It is the number you will pay for most of the year, and it is two sections up.
