The things you should be asking about
Ratios — 1:3 under two, 1:4 two-year-olds, 1:8 over threes — the legal minimum, never stretched
Key person — One named adult per child, and you'll meet them on the tour
Qualifications — Every room lead is level 3 or above; two paediatric first-aiders on site always
Checks — Enhanced background checks on every adult in the building, including me

A normal day
7:30 — Arrivals
Breakfast until 8:30, and a proper handover at the door, not a wave.
9:00 — Free play
Indoors and out, both open. Children choose which.
11:45 — Lunch
Cooked on site. The week's menu is on the door and on this page.
12:30 — Sleep
For those who still do. The others get the quiet room and books.
14:00 — Focus time
Small groups, one activity, usually messy.
Every day
Photos and what they ate, sent to you by 6pm. No app subscription.
