Two-stage bath
Degrease, then a coat-appropriate shampoo and conditioner.
Hand drying
Blaster and stand dryer with someone holding the lead. No cage dryers, ever.
Nails, ears, pads
Trimmed, cleaned and tidied as standard, not as an add-on.
A quick check-over
We flag lumps, sore ears or skin changes so you can ask your vet.
Finish
Bandana or bow if your dog tolerates one, spritz only if you want it.

Sent to you when they're done, in case the day needed improving.
Nervous dogs, puppies and seniors
One dog in the salon at a time, so nothing is waiting in a crate listening to a dryer. If your dog isn't coping, we stop — you'll get a call, a partial groom and a partial price, and we try again another day.

Seniors — Sitting breaks, shorter sessions, done over two visits if needed
