Fleet servicing · vans, cars, minibuses

Downtime costs more than the invoice.

A van off the road for a day costs you the job, the driver's hours and the customer's patience — all of which dwarf an hourly rate. So this page is about how fast it comes back, what we put in writing, and where we honestly stop being the right supplier for you.

Talk to us about your fleet

No account form, no portal login. One person reads this and one person replies, usually within the working day.
What we commit to, in writing
Booked in — Within four working hours of you asking, with a date, not a callback promise
A vehicle that won't start — Same working day, every time. It is the only thing on this list we never negotiate
Collection and delivery — Free inside our area, so your driver never spends a morning sitting in our waiting room
A named contact — One person who knows your fleet, plus their manager's direct number for when that is not enough
Quotes — Within the hour, itemised, and nothing starts without your written approval on that item
Invoicing — One consolidated invoice a month, with the registration against every line so it reconciles itself
These go in the agreement rather than staying on a web page. If we miss a commitment, the labour on that job is credited — automatically and without you having to chase it.

How fleets buy from us

Pay as you go

$78/hour labour
  • No agreement, no minimum
  • Same response times as everyone else
  • Parts at trade plus 12%, listed
  • Good for fleets under about five vehicles
Talk to us

Retained

$34/vehicle/month
  • Servicing and inspections scheduled for you
  • Priority over retail work, always
  • Loan vehicle when we keep yours overnight
  • Labour at $68, parts at trade plus 8%
Talk to us

Compliance

$14/vehicle/month
  • Safety inspections on schedule
  • Defect reports filed and kept
  • Records exported to you every quarter
  • Add it to either option above
Talk to us
Cost per mile is the number that actually matters, and we will work yours out with you from last year's invoices — including the ones from whoever you use now. It is the only honest way to compare two garages.
The records half of your job
Inspections on a schedule — Planned by mileage and date, booked by us, and chased if a driver ignores the reminder
Defect reporting — A simple form your drivers actually fill in, and a photograph is enough. Complicated systems get ignored
Records kept properly — Every job sheet, inspection and part, retained for the period your regulator requires
Yours, not ours — Exported to you quarterly as files you can open without us. A supplier holding your compliance history hostage is a supplier you cannot leave
When something goes wrong — You want a dated inspection sheet with a name on it. That is the whole reason this section exists

How onboarding runs

Fleet audit

We look at every vehicle once, free, and tell you what state the fleet is genuinely in. Some of that will not be comfortable reading.

Agree the terms

Response times, rates and the escalation route, on one page. If a clause is not something we can hold to, we take it out rather than sign it.

Plate list and reminders

Registrations, mileages and service intervals loaded, with reminders coming to you rather than from you.

First month, then a review

We sit down after four weeks with what actually happened — jobs, downtime hours, spend against estimate — and adjust.

Where we are the wrong supplier
Depots in several regions — We are one workshop covering about forty miles. A national fleet needs a national network, and we will say so on the first call
Heavy goods vehicles — Above the weight on our operating licence we cannot legally take the work. We will name someone who can
Bodywork and paint — We manage the repair and the courtesy vehicle, but the panel work goes to a body shop. You get one invoice either way
Leasing and finance — We are a workshop. We do not sell finance, take commission on it, or have an opinion about your funding method
If you want to leave — Thirty days, records exported, keys and parts returned. No exit fee and no argument — a supplier who makes leaving hard is telling you something

Send the fleet list

Send a plate list in any format — a spreadsheet, a photograph of a whiteboard, a list in the message box. We have worked from all three.

Collections start at seven so a van is back before the second drop. The office answers from eight, and your named contact's mobile is on the agreement.
