Contact
Every way to reach us, which one is fastest, and when you will hear back.
Most contact pages are a form and a hope. The address and the number are right here rather than hidden to push you into the form, and the section below says which channel actually suits what you need — including the things we are slow at.
Or send it here
The form goes to the same place as the email address — it exists to ask the two questions above, not to keep you away from a person.
Which channel, and when you will hear back
Email, for anything with detail — One working day, and that is a real number rather than an aspiration. Attach what you have — a screenshot answers more than three exchanges of description
Phone, for anything urgent — During the hours below. If it rings out we are with somebody else, and a voicemail gets a call back the same day rather than an email
The form, if you would rather not use either — Same inbox, plus two questions that route it to the right person first time. It is the slowest of the three by a few minutes and that is all
What we are slow at — Say it. Every business has a category it handles badly — long technical questions, anything needing a manager, anything in another language — and warning somebody beats disappointing them
What not to send here — Sales approaches go to a different address, which you should name. An existing order needs its reference. Neither of those is a rule, they are both just faster
When we will not meet the reply time — This page says so, at the top, rather than leaving the promise up and quietly missing it. Holidays, a busy season, somebody off sick — the number changes here first
