Find out where you actually stand.
A short set of questions, answered by a person, telling you which route fits and what it would cost — both halves of the cost. We cannot promise anyone a visa, and neither can anybody else. What we can do is say honestly whether it is worth applying yet.
Free eligibility check
A full one-hour review — $180, and it comes off the fee if you instruct us
A straightforward application — $1,200 fixed, agreed in writing before anything starts
A complex case, or one refused before — Quoted after we have read the papers, never before
An appeal — Quoted per stage — and we say when an appeal isn't worth bringing
Any health or immigration surcharge — Also theirs, and not negotiable by anyone
Biometrics and documents — Theirs, or a third party's
Translation and certification — A translator's fee — not a legal one
If it is refused — Government fees are generally not returned. Ours is a separate conversation
Who decides an appeal — A judge, on the evidence actually in front of them
What a good adviser changes — The quality of what the decision-maker is looking at — a real difference, and the only one
What a guarantee means — That somebody is lying to you. Walk away, and report them
How to check any adviser is real
Ask for the registration number
Every regulated immigration adviser has one. Ask us for ours in writing before you pay anything, and be suspicious of hesitation.
Check it on the register yourself
Don't accept a screenshot as proof of anything. Go to the regulator's own website and search the name. It takes about a minute.
Beware unregulated 'consultants'
In many countries giving immigration advice without regulation is an offence. The person harmed by it is almost never the consultant.
Never hand over your originals
Passports and certificates stay with you. A real adviser works from copies and asks to see originals in front of you, then gives them straight back.
What we handle
Work and skilled routes
Sponsorship, switching from another visa, and what to do when the employer's licence is the weak point rather than you.
Family and partners
Bringing a partner, parent or child, and the financial and relationship evidence these applications genuinely turn on.
Settlement and citizenship
Counting the qualifying days properly, absences, and the ordinary mistakes that reset the clock without anybody telling you.
Refused before
We read the refusal letter first and quote afterwards. Sometimes the advice is to wait and fix one thing rather than reapply now.
“They told me to wait four months and gather two more documents instead of applying straight away. It cost them the fee that year, and it was the right advice.”
K. Adeyemi
Family route
“English is my third language and nobody once made me feel slow. Every letter arrived with a plain summary at the top of it.”
