Every boarding website shows a happy dog on a sofa. This one shows you the timetable, the hours your dog spends on their own, and exactly what happens if something goes wrong while you are on a plane.

A day here, hour by hour
07:00 — Out first thing, in small groups sorted by size and temperament
08:00 — Breakfast — your food, your amounts, eaten in their own space
09:30 — Free run in the paddock. Forty minutes, same small group each day
11:00 — Quiet time. Most dogs sleep, and the ones that don't get a chew
13:00 — A walk off site, or a longer paddock session when the weather's foul
16:00 — Second free run, and the daily photo goes out
18:00 — Dinner, then a last garden trip at about half past nine
22:00 – 07:00 — Alone in their own room, radio on, heating holding eighteen degrees
08:00 — Breakfast — your food, your amounts, eaten in their own space

That last line is the one nobody prints. Your dog is alone overnight — here, or anywhere else that isn't a house sitter. We would much rather you knew it than found it out.
If something goes wrong while you're away
We ring you first — Every time, at any hour, on both of the numbers you gave us
If we can't reach you — Your emergency contact, then your own vet, then ours
Who decides treatment — You, if we can reach you. Your emergency contact if we can't. Never us
Except where waiting is cruel — Then the vet treats, and we tell you the moment it is done
Who pays — You do, and the form says so plainly. We settle on the day so nothing is delayed
The spending limit — You set it. Most people set none — but it is your number and not ours

The consent form is one page and you read it before you leave rather than after. If any part of it worries you, say so and we'll change it for your booking.
When we'll say no
Dogs who can't settle in kennels
Some genuinely can't, and a week of stress isn't a holiday for anybody. If the trial day shows it, we say so and point you at a house sitter instead.
Unvaccinated, or overdue
Not a judgement, just the rule — one unwell dog here quickly becomes twenty. Bring the card, or come back a fortnight after the booster.
Food guarding, undeclared
Tell us and we feed separately and it's a non-event. Don't tell us and we find out at eight in the morning, which suits nobody at all.
Everybody does a trial day first
One day, free, before any booking longer than two nights. It tells us how your dog copes and tells you whether you trust us — and it means the first day of your holiday isn't the first day they have ever been here.
If a trial day doesn't go well we say so and we don't take the booking. That has happened, and every one of those owners was glad of it afterwards.

Collection and drop-off happen inside set hours so the day isn't broken up for the animals already here. Bank holidays are the same price as any other night.
