Check your school's list before you buy any of this.
A bundle is only a saving if everything in it was going to be bought anyway. Ours is built from the commonest list we see, which is not the same as yours — your school decides what your child needs, not us. We would rather lose the sale than sell you a jumper in the wrong green.

The second number is the one that counts. A thirty-day window closes before term starts, which is precisely when nobody has discovered the mistake yet.
Before you buy anything
Six things worth knowing before a bundle goes in a basket. Most of them will save you a return rather than earn us an order.
Your school's list is the authority; ours is a guess — We build bundles from the lists we see most often. Where yours differs, follow yours — and tell us, because it usually means we have the wrong version of it
Anything with a school logo has to come from their supplier — We cannot sell you a badged jumper and we will not pretend a plain one is close enough. Ask the school office who holds the licence before you buy the plain version
"Regulation" and "approved" mean whatever your school says — There is no national standard behind either word. A shop using them without naming the school is describing a style rather than a requirement
PE kit is usually the strictest thing on the list — Specific colours, sometimes a specific supplier, and often different for different year groups. It is the item most often bought wrong and the one most often non-returnable elsewhere
Shoe rules are stricter than most parents expect — Plain black usually means no logo, no stitching in another colour, and no trainer sole. Take the list to the shoe shop rather than a photograph of the shoes
If the list and our bundle disagree, follow the list — Every time, even where we think the list is over-specified. The person who has to send your child home is the school, and it will not be us who explains it

Swap these for your own and keep the last line of the third column. A bundle that is only worth buying under one condition should say the condition out loud.
A blank list to fill in from theirs
Print it, copy your school's letter onto it, and take it shopping. It is not a catalogue and there is nothing of ours on it — the point is that you buy from one list instead of three half-remembered ones.
Sizing, and what is worth buying big
Children grow at their own pace and no size chart knows yours. These are the rules that hold anyway, and two of them will cost us money.
Trousers and skirts: buy up, hems exist — A size larger with the hem taken up is a year of wear rather than a term. It is the one item where buying big genuinely works
Shoes: buy to fit, always — Never a size up. A growing foot in a loose shoe is worse than buying again in November, and every fitter will tell you the same thing. This costs us a sale and it is not close
Jumpers: one size up is the limit — Two sizes up looks wrong for the whole year and gets left in a bag. If you want the wear, buy two of the right size instead
Some of it will need replacing by half-term whatever you do — Usually the knees and one shoe. Budget for it rather than buying everything oversized to avoid it — that trade rarely works out
We hold three sizes for sixty days, free — Order the middle one, try it, and swap to either side without paying twice or waiting for a refund to clear before you can re-order
Name everything, on the day it arrives — Not before term, not at the weekend. The lost-property pile is a bigger cost than any discount on this page and it is entirely avoidable

Bundles — an extra 10% on two or more
Applies to two or more bundles in one order, for the same household or a different one. It does not stack with the bundle discount already built into the prices, because that would be the same money twice.
